Created in 1993, the Ohio Chemistry Technology Foundation is a 501(c)(3) and is the educational arm of the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council.
The Foundation’s mission is to build a better understanding of the contribution’s of Ohio’s chemistry industry, as well as promote strong science education for Ohio’s youth.
For more than 20 years, the award-winning Teachers, Industry & Environment (TIE) Conference has brought Ohio science teachers, industry scientists, environmentalists and government leaders together annually to enhance the quality and appeal of science education. More than 1,000 Ohio teachers have experienced the TIE program.
