Jenn Klein, President
Jenn Klein joined the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council as president in August 2013. In that role, she is responsible for all of the activities of the statewide chemical industry association.
Jenn has an extensive background in government affairs and association management. Prior to joining OCTC, she was manager of government affairs for Chesapeake Energy. Earlier in her career, she was director of energy and environmental policy for the Ohio Chamber of Commerce, legislative liaison for the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and legislative aide in the Ohio Senate.
Andy Swaim, Director of Government & External Affairs
Andy Swaim joined the Ohio Chemistry Technology Council as Director of Government & External Affairs in January 2020. Prior to joining the OCTC, Andy had 5 years of experience with the Ohio House of Representatives as both a legislative and campaign staffer. During that time he served as a legislative aide and project manager at the House, and a campaign manager and data analyst with the House campaign arm. Andy has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Ohio State University.
